I have been working with healing and different healing modalities since 1990 and have had the priviledge of helping many people, animals and living environments. I am a member of The Guild Of Professional Healers and The Doctor/Healer Network.
Due to a period of ill health in 1989 I started to explore alternative and complementary therapies. A wonderful GP in Suffolk declared (after many tests) that there was nothing wrong with me and that I needed to focus my energy into Healing! Thus, I then embarked on my journey, a journey that still continues. Having explored many different so-called "therapies" (some good and some not so good), it was not until I found the National Federation of Spiritual Healers (NFSH now known as The Healing Trust) that my scepticism started to disperse. I am a firm believer of promoting healing/relaxation alongside NHS treatment.
I am a natural healer, as many people are. I am passionate about empowering others to recognise their own natural healing and intuitive talents. In the past I have worked as part of the Spiritual Care team at the local Hospice and over the years have helped many people discover their own natural healing ability. I am volunteer at a local residential nursing home in the capacity of comforting the dying and their family. I am insured, a member of a professional organisation, and adhere to a strict Code of Conduct.
I look forward to the future when Integrated Healthcare becomes the "norm".
Early this year I had the pleasure of working with Devon artist Kate Snoxell who produced the artwork for this website. Kate and I quickly discovered we could work together. Kate has a unique ability to express what she feels, when focusing on a person, in the form of art as well as giving a verbal description and I am able to add more in words.
The art within this web site is an expression of my energy and the way that I work, as expressed by Kate.
More details are available on the Gentle Guidance page should you be interested in having your own unique piece of energy art and reading.
