The one thing that is certain in this life is that we will all die. Healing helps the dying to take the journey with serenity, dignity and grace.
Despite the need for care of body, mind and spirit as death nears, we rarely address more than the physical needs in the days, weeks and months leading up to the passing and as the moment draws near. We all have a right to be treated with care and respect, enabling the transition to be a loving and sacred experience.
As a care giver to the dying I sit with the dying person. I encourage family and friends to be involved to support not only those preparing to depart from this life but also each other.
I work with people at various stages of their journey in life from being in the womb, ups and downs in life and back full circle to the dying process.
